Paint Type
Limewash paint is a mineral coating made mainly from slaked lime, water, and pigment that soaks into porous surfaces and dries to a breathable matte finish.
Limewash paint works best on unsealed, absorbent masonry, while drywall and previously painted surfaces generally need a compatible primer or base coat.
