Elastomeric paint is a flexible, high-build exterior coating designed to expand and contract with masonry or stucco while bridging minor hairline cracks.

Elastomeric paint is intended mainly for prepared exterior masonry and stucco; moisture problems, loose coatings, and larger cracks need separate repair.
