Textured Paint
Textured paint is a decorative coating formulated to create a visibly textured surface rather than a conventional smooth paint film. Texture can also help reduce the appearance of minor surface irregularities, but it does not replace proper repairs or substrate preparation.
Textured paint compatibility
Architectural acrylic texture coatings can be applied to several properly prepared and primed building surfaces. The substrate still needs to be clean, sound, dry, and repaired before coating, and the selected product must be approved for the location and material.
