Stainless Steel
Stainless steel is an iron alloy containing chromium, which forms a thin passive layer that helps resist corrosion. Its smooth, stable surface can also make paint adhesion difficult.
Stainless steel paint compatibility
Spray, epoxy, and polyurethane coatings can work on stainless steel when the complete system is approved for the alloy and the surface is prepared for adhesion.
