Paint Type
Acrylic gouache is an opaque acrylic paint formulated to dry with the flat matte appearance associated with gouache. Unlike traditional gouache, its acrylic binder forms a permanent, water-resistant paint film after drying.
Acrylic gouache behaves more like permanent acrylic paint than reactivatable traditional gouache. Stable art surfaces work best, while absorbent or slick materials may need an appropriate acrylic ground or adhesion preparation.
