Paint Type
Alkyd paint is a resin-based coating that levels to a smooth, durable finish and is available in both traditional solvent-based and newer waterborne formulas.
Alkyd paint works especially well on prepared wood, while metal and aluminum generally need a compatible primer and a formula rated for the location.
